Raita
Refreshing yoghurt dip that takes minutes to make. Traditionally, eaten alongside Biryani dishes. I love this with Pilau rice and Chicken curry.

Ingredients 250g Yoghurt
1 tbsp Mint sauce
Handful of fresh mint leaves
Half Cucumber
1 Medium Tomato (tomato is optional)
salt to taste
Method
Dice the cucumber and tomatoes
Finely chop the mint
Add everything to the yoghurt
Add salt to taste.
Stir well and serve.
