Paneer Tikka
Paneer Tikka is a spicy, delicious tandoori snack where paneer cubes are marinated in a spiced yogurt, arranged on skewers and grilled. Squeeze over some fresh lemon and have with some spicy chutney,

Serves: 4-5 Skewers Prep Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins
Ingredients
2 Packets of Paneer (cut into cubes)
1 Green Pepper
1 Onion (medium)
1 tbsp Ginger
200g Plain / Greek Yoghurt
Olive oil for brushing
Skewers
Spices
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp Ground Coriander powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam Masala powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
Method
Prepare the spicy yogurt marinade, mix all the spices into the yogurt. The marinade must be quite thick, add some salt to taste. Taste the mixture, add more spice if required.
Chop up the onion and pepper into large pieces.
Chop up the Paneer into large equal sized cubes. (you should get about 9 pieces from each pack)
Place onions, pepper and paneer into marinade mixture and leave for 30mins.
After 30 mins take a skewer and thread with some of the paneer, onion and pepper.
You should be able to make 4-5 skewers
Place on a tray and cook under grill for 10 mins - turning once and cook evenly until you have a golden colour.
