This is is my favourite chutney. I serve this with so many different dishes, from Pakoras & Samosas, with Lamb or Chicken Curries, and most definitely with Lamb Kebabs. It is delicious, spicy chutney, which can be adapted to taste. Always keep some of this in the fridge!
Ingredients A large bunch of coriander
2 - 3 green chillies (depending on how hot you want it)
1 small tomato
2 tsp mint sauce (I love the Colman's Mint Sauce)
Pinch of salt
Add the coriander, chillies, tomato and a little water into a blender and blend until the mixture is completely smooth. (add a little water if needed)
Pour mixture into a bowl
Add the mint sauce and stir through
Add a little salt to taste.
Yoghurt - If you don't want your chutney too spicy, add a few spoons of yoghurt as needed.
